Wolf Creek Stables, an 80 acre farm, with an exceptionally rich history, was originally established by Richard and Lynette Merillat who generously donated their beautiful  breeding and training operation and out-standing stallions Leaguers Shadow and the late, great Sonnys Securitee to Michigan State University in 1996.  The center has now been opened up to area equestrian fans as Wolf Creek Stables.

The center features a heated indoor arena, viewing and tack rooms. The barn features  90 large stalls, indoor wash racks, onsite  vet room, and a horse laundry room.

Outdoors features multiple paddocks with heated waterers, a covered round pen and hot walker, and a separate feed barn.
